Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to meet sales targets. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales and technical products is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn about new products and technologies
